Parent Umpire of the Year Award Launched and Mid-year In-service planned

2010 BENDIGO BANK PARENT UMPIRE OF THE YEAR

Applications are now open for the 2010 Bendigo Bank Parent Umpire of the Year Award.

The award is a new concept for the West Perth District in 2010 aims to recognise dedication and excellence in our field of Parent Umpires.

Outlined below are the conditions of nomination and associated selection criteria. Clubs are encouraged to nominate at least one umpire for the Parent Umpire of the Year. Clubs are encouraged to recognise both umpires within their own club structure and Parent Umpires from other clubs within the district.

WEST PERTH DISTRICT PARENT UMPIRE MID-SEASON IN-SERVICE

All Parent Umpires are encouraged to attend a mid-season in-service on Wednesday 14th July 2010. Time: 6.30pm

The in-service will provide you the opportunity to ask questions, discuss umpiring issues and to workshop umpiring skills.

To show our support for the hard work you do the West Perth District will also be providing light refreshments during the in-service.
